DESCRIPTION

Monosof™ monofilament nylon sutures are inert, non-absorbable, sterile surgical sutures, which are available either dyed black, with Logwood extract, or undyed (clear). The advanced extrusion process of the nylon molecule gives the suture: Uniform diameter. Maximum flexibility of the strand. Excellent security with snug and flattened knots. Minimal memory. Excellent and consistent knotting strength. Monosof™ sutures are used in general soft tissue approximation and/or ligation, including use in cardiovascular, ophthalmic, and neurological surgery.
